Through the Executive Director, the Washington Counties Risk Pool staff carries out the directives of the Pool's 26-member Board of Directors and 11-member Executive Committee. Whether it is through its Administrative & Finance Department, Claims Department, and Member Services Department, the WCRP's dynamic, motivated, and professional team serves its 26 member counties and their employees through the efficient administration of the Pool's affairs.

For full and certain part-time employees, the WCRP offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid sick and vacation leave, participation in the Washington PERS retirement plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.

Administrative & Accounting Specialist: The WCRP is seeking a qualified Administrative & Accounting Specialist to act as the WCRP's front office contact and to provide general office support, including board meeting preparation and minute-taking, and to assist the finance department with various finance, accounting, and recordkeeping, including payroll, payables, receivables, budget preparation, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have the required experience and education and will bring excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well individually and with a team, as the organization strives to provide the WCRP membership with knowledge, resources, and support.
