The WCRP is once again offering scholarships for the Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) Annual Conference. This excellent conference offers three days of learning opportunities with daily general sessions and more than 55 classroom sessions. The conference also offers valuable networking time with colleagues from across the country who recognize the responsibilities of public sector risk managers.

We are awarding 5 scholarships (one per member county) for attending PRIMA’s 2019 Annual Conference, held in Orlando, FL, June 9rd - 12th. The total maximum value of each scholarship is $1,500 and can be applied toward the registration fee, hotel accommodation, and transportation (airfare and ground transport to/from the airport).

Due to the anticipated interest from many WCRP member counties, we ask that the Risk Manager for any member county interested in receiving one of these scholarships, please fill out and submit the PRIMA Scholarship Submission Form. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis with preference given to the member counties that have not been awarded this scholarship in the past.

The WCRP is leaving it up to the county itself to decide who from your county will benefit most from the scholarship and should attend this valuable conference.

To apply, please complete the PRIMA Scholarship Submission Form and email it to Erin Konrady at
