EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:

- Educational Sessions (Thursday): These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding of the strategies and nuances that shape courtroom outcomes, giving you the tools to approach cases with a sharer, more informed perspective. - Board Meeting (Friday Morning): Don’t miss our important Board meeting, where key decisions and updates will be shared. Your participation is crucial! 

- Offsite Bowling Night (Thursday Evening): Get ready for a fun-filled evening at an exclusive bowling event just for our group! The lanes will be open only to our attendees, with a dinner buffet and plenty of opportunities for friendly competition. Not into bowling? No worries – there will still be plenty of fun and chances to connect with colleagues. 

Extend Your Stay & Explore: The event location has generously offered our group the per diem rate for three days before and three days after the event. So, if you want to make the most of your time in the area and explore all the beautiful Chelan County has to offer, feel free to extend your stay at your own expense. 

Reimbursement Eligibility: To help with planning, please review the reimbursement section in the announcement, where you’ll find more details on who qualifies for reimbursement for travel, meals, lodging for you and your guests, and how to take advantage of available support.

We have a block of rooms at Campbell’s Resort for event attendees at the per night rate of $110 single occupancy / $130 double occupancy. Please review the important information below.

Key Information:

- Booking Deadline: Reservations should have been made by February 26. After this date, rooms are offered based on availability. 

- Rate Availability: The $110 single occupancy/$130 double occupancy per night rate is available three days prior and three days after the event. Extend your stay by arriving early or staying through the weekend at your own expense. Only the single occupancy rate may be eligible for reimbursement, as outlined within the reimbursement section below. 

- How to Book: Reservations for the event should have been made by only by phone. Group reservations cannot be made online. If you book through the hotel’s website, your reservation will be at full price and will not count towards our contracted room nights.   

Room Amenities (all guest rooms come with the following):

- Mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine

- Hairdryer and iron

Accessibility:

- ADA Rooms: Please inform the reservation staff at the time of booking if you require an ADA-compliant guest room or have any special needs.  

- Elevators: Lodges 1 and 3 have elevators for easy access to rooms. Lodge 2’s elevator connects to the Conference Center, Lodge 2’s second floor, and the restaurant. Lodges 2, 4, and 5 only have stair access. 

Payment & Cancellation:

- Credit Card: A credit card is required at the time of booking and check-in. No deposit will be charged upfront. 

- Incidentals: At check-in, guests will be charged for the full stay and a $25 per night incidental hold will be placed. This hold will be released upon check-out, but may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your bank. 

- Cancellation Policy: Individual cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee. Please note, these fees are non-reimbursable.

WCRP REIMBURSEMENTS:

The WCRP will reimburse attendees in accordance with the Travel Policy and Travel Reimbursement Guide. All costs being submitted for reimbursement will need to be submitted within 60-days following the event and will require itemized accompanying receipts and printouts from an online mapping service for proof of mileage, along with a completed Travel & Expense Voucher. Please note details regarding the following reimbursements:

Those traveling more than 50 miles one way, or those closer than 50 miles that are attending later afternoon/evening events followed by the next day’s morning sessions, are eligible for lodging reimbursement at the single occupancy rate of $110 per night. Room charges are to be paid for by the attendee or county. The WCRP will reimburse lodging up to two nights (Wednesday and Thursday) for the Director and Alternate Director, and one night (Wednesday) for committee members and the appointed Claims Administrator and Risk Manager. Incidentals, additional guests and room enhancements are not eligible for reimbursement.

Meals provided by the WCRP during the event are not eligible for meal cost reimbursement.

Guests are welcome to accompany you to the welcome reception and meals provided by the WCRP, and fees will apply as follows: $15/person for receptions/breakfasts/lunches and $25/person for dinners. Please indicate if any guests and how many will be joining you during any of the WCRP provided reception/mealtimes at registration to ensure proper head counts. It is preferred that payment be made after the event, either by check issued to the WCRP, or by deducting the cost from your reimbursement totals on your Travel & Expense Voucher.
