Cyber Security Awareness Reimbursements

OVERVIEW

The WCRP will reimburse member counties for annual subscriptions with a third-party vendor for cyber security training and awareness and all reimbursements will be issued after October 1st of each year. This program is approved through fiscal year 2023-24, so members can take advantage of multiple year subscription discounts.

REIMBURSEMENT ELIGIBILITY

WCRP has partnered with KnowBe4 for special pricing. Members are not required to use KnowBe4 and may contract with any other third-party cyber security training vendor. The WCRP will annually reimburse up to the cost of the Diamond level three-year subscription with KnowBe4, at your county's applicable per-user pricing level. If your county pays the three-year subscription in full, reimbursement will only be issued for 1/3 of the cost per fiscal year. Any additional, optional, or add-on services will not be eligible for reimbursement and will be the member county's responsibility.
