Request for Public Records
The purpose
of the Public Records Policy is to provide rules by which the
administration of the Washington Counties Risk Pool ("WCRP")
implements and ensures compliance with the provisions of the Public
Records Act pertaining to WCRP public records. This policy provides
guidance regarding record status, retention and management of public
documents. This policy does not apply to public records of WCRP
member counties that may be available to WCRP administration by
virtue of digital connectivity.
Public records may be inspected and/or copies may be obtained under
the following procedures:
- A request for public records shall be directed to the Public
Records Officer.
Use of the Request for Public Records form is strongly
recommended and can be found linked to this page.
- A request for public records should be made in writing and

- The requester's name, mailing address, and telephone number;
